By installing or using Sellerzilla, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Service Description
Sellerzilla provides AI-powered search functionality for Shopify stores, including:
- Product search with autocomplete
- Typo tolerance and synonym matching
- Search analytics and reporting
- Merchandising and product ranking tools
Account Terms
- You must have a valid Shopify store to use Sellerzilla
- You are responsible for your account and all activity under it
- You must provide accurate information
- You must be 18 or older to use this service
Billing and Payment
- Sellerzilla is billed monthly through Shopify's billing system
- Prices are listed in USD
- Plan limits are based on product count in your store
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Free Trial
- New users receive a 14-day free trial
- No credit card required to start
- Full access to features during trial
- You will be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer the software
- Resell or redistribute the service
- Overload our systems with excessive requests
- Use the service in a way that harms other users
Service Availability
- We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability
- We may perform maintenance with or without notice
- We may modify or discontinue features at any time
Data and Privacy
- Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy
- You own your store data; we process it to provide the service
- We don't sell your data to third parties
Intellectual Property
- Sellerzilla and its features are owned by Jiyu Ninja B.V.
- You retain ownership of your store content
- You grant us permission to process your data to provide the service
Limitation of Liability
- Sellerzilla is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for lost sales, revenue, or data
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party services or Shopify platform issues
Termination
- You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the app
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time
- Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms
- Significant changes will be communicated via email
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
